Contractual Notice Rule
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, notices are treated as received on actual delivery, or for email delivery, when no bounce-back is received.
Complaint Escalation Flow
- Submit issue with account email, wallet address, and timestamp evidence.
- Support triages whether the issue is technical, compliance, or legal.
- Compliance/legal teams may request additional identity or transaction evidence.
- Outcome is provided with next-step guidance where legally permissible.

For legal and compliance reasons, certain sanctions-screening decisions may not include detailed detection logic in user-facing responses.
